Solution of German Sonnenschein Battery Unrechargeable

First of all, we will consider the failure of German solar cells, so we first need to check whether the charging circuit connection is reliable, whether the connection and plug contacts are intact, and carefully check whether the socket and plug have "fire" arc, where there is no line damage.

If there is any damage to the charger, whether the charging parameters meet the requirements: the initial charging current is only 1.6-2.5a/the maximum charging voltage is 14.8-14.9v/unit, and the conversion current is 0.3-0.4a/unit floating charging voltage is 14.0-14.4v/unit. Then we have to check whether there is drying inside the Sonnenschein battery and whether the battery liquid is serious enough. The irreversible sulfation of the board should also be checked. The irreversible sulfation of the plate can be determined by measuring the change of terminal voltage by charging and discharging.

Pay attention to the charging of German solar cells. The voltage of German solar cells rises very fast. Some single grid voltages are very high, which is much larger than the normal value. The discharge voltage drop is very fast. The storage battery does not store or store electricity. The above situation can be judged as irreversible battery vulcanization.

Secondly, the battery fault detection and treatment. We must first connect the charging circuit and replace the charger. German sunlight batteries should be charged and discharged with pure water or 1.050 sulphuric acid to restore battery capacity. If irreversible sulfation is found, the charge recovery capacity is balanced. After charging, the maximum current should be controlled at 1.8A and the charging time should be 10-15 hours. The voltages of the three batteries are all above 13.4 v/s. If the voltage difference exceeds 0.3v, the cell shows that irreversible sulfation asynchronously occurs. Panasonic batteries with irreversible sulfation need to be replaced.
