The process of dismantling and installing new batteries:
1. Put the generator output line into the standby connector, then start up, let the generator run for a period of time.
2, open the battery cabinet, find the output line connecting the UPS main engine and confirm the positive and negative electrodes.
3. Make sure the generator runs stably. After the input voltage of the switch in the distribution cabinet is normal, switch back to the generator side, observe and confirm the normal operation of the UPS main engine, and then disconnect the battery cabinet.
4. Prepare to remove the old battery, battery rack from the top to the next section removed, remove a screw on the connector wrapped in electrical tape, do a good job of insulation, attention, this step is very important, do not be lazy, to prevent the positive and negative contact short-circuit current, and the risk of electric shock.
5, the battery is completely removed, placed well, began to install the German Sun storage battery.
6. Start from the first battery number, start installation from the bottom of the battery rack, position direction and remove the old battery, joint screws must be tightened, the connection line neat, between the batteries to leave appropriate gap, at least 25 mm connection process strictly prevent short circuit.
7. After the German solar battery is installed, confirm that the positive and negative poles are connected correctly, measure the battery voltage, and confirm that the German solar battery is installed and connected correctly.
8. According to the parameters of solar battery, calculate the charging voltage, measure the UPS output charging voltage, meet the batch of battery charging requirements, close the battery cabinet open, check the main charging menu, German solar battery has been charged.
9, install the battery cabinet, input the UPS mainframe to the electricity market, confirm that the input and output voltage of the UPS host is normal. Stop the generator, disconnect the wiring, pack up the tools, load the old batteries and get ready for transportation, clean up the site
